At Floraison Flowers, we offer the freshest and high-quality seasonal flowers and plants to our customers. As we know, flowers are very delicate and need to be carefully looked after. To help you lengthen the lifespan of your flowers, the following caring instructions are required. The stems of flowers need to be cut approximately 5cm, at an angle for the best result before you put them into water. Leaves below the water need to be removed. The water needs to be changed every two days and cut the bottom of the flowers’ stems again approximately 2cm for the best care. Please avoid direct heat (e.g. sunlight) or coldness conditions.

If you want to change your mind or cancel your order, we need a minimum 24 hour notice and $10 administrative fee apply. If the flowers were already on board or delivered, there will be no refund. If the flowers haven’t been on board but have been made already, you will need to pay 50% of your purchased money to cover flower cost and other usages.

If there is any incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the sender, Floraison Flowers will not be able to make the full refund if there is no possible agreed outcome with the sender. Regarding any concerns of our flower’s quality issues, please contact us immediately for the total refund, original copy of receipt and photo of the flowers need to be supplied. If there is any fault of Floraison Flowers which leads to the failure of your order or delivery, you will get a full refund if we cannot make an agreement of redelivering /remaking your order. The refund will only go back to the account you place your order with.
